The Borough's Planning and Community Development Department administers the program.
Funds are provided from federal Community Development Block Grant and HOME grants received by the Borough. Please see the income guidelines (PDF) for more information on income qualifications for the Home Rehabilitation Assistance Program. For more information, contact the Community Development and Housing Division at 814-234-7109 or email the Planning Department.
