Commerce’s Relentless Challenge Grant is a statewide competitive grant made eligible to South Carolina-based, non-profit organizations (including chambers of commerce), units of local government (e.g., counties, municipalities) and higher education institutions that are implementing new innovative problem-solving programs that break down barriers and have an entrepreneurial impact.
