RENEW-BOOSTER EUROCLUSTER CALL N°1 FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THIRD PARTIES | European Cluster Collaboration Platform RENEW-BOOSTER EUROCLUSTER CALL N°1 FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THIRD PARTIES The RENEW-BOOSTER project aims at driving innovation and industrialization in three critical sectors that are vital for Europe’s green transition and energy security: Photovoltaics (PV), Offshore Wind Energy, and the associated Energy Networks.
At the core of RENEW-BOOSTER is the Accelerator, providing tailored support for SMEs to identify opportunities and develop solutions, strengthening their role in the renewable energy value chain and enhancing resilience.
The project aligns with Europe’s strategic priorities, including reducing critical raw material dependency (Critical Raw Materials Act), advancing climate goals (Green Deal), and supporting re-industrialization (Net Zero Industry Act). RENEW-BOOSTER aims to empower SMEs and accelerate Europe’s twin green and digital transitions.
We reserve the right not to award all available funds or to redistribute them between the different calls, depending on the proposals received and the results of the evaluation. The two calls will be structured through two distinct funding strands. Strand A (Challenge-driven) follows a two-step process linked to predefined industrial challenges.
In Step 1, up to three SMEs per challenge receive €10,000 (with minimum 20% private co-funding) to develop and validate a proof of concept (TRL 6–7). After evaluation and a final pitch, one SME per challenge advances to Step 2 and receives €50,000 (with minimum 40% co-funding) to further develop and scale the solution (TRL 8–9). Strand B (Open Call) follows a single-stage selection process.
SMEs apply bottom-up and can request up to €10,000, €30,000, or €60,000 depending on project maturity, with increasing private co-funding requirements. Projects run up to six months. 🌬️ Offshore wind (incl.
