HECC intends to make multiple awards, between $5,000 and $15,000, for a total of $50,000 in awards. This RFA opportunity is open to the following entities serving students in secondary or post-secondary education: Educational Service Districts This RFA seeks to fund the pilot of AI-enabled, personalized tutoring using student-facing platforms and tools in secondary and post-secondary education.
Software selected should offer personalized, on-demand instructional support that adapts to each learner's pace and knowledge gaps, engages students in Socratic dialogue, asks guiding questions, and provides immediate formative feedback. Provides AI-enabled, Student-facing, Personalized Socratic Tutoring (not instructor- facing only) that is available 24/7 and encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and contextual problem-solving.
Meets Data Privacy Standards: FERPA, COPPA, and CIPA compliance based on student age. Provides Equitable Access: This may mean giving students time to use tools/platforms during class rather than requiring time at home. Provides Parental Access for K12 Students.
Provides Professional Development for Educators. Request for Proposals: 25-194 OWI WTDB CIC Assessment 2026 Deadline: 03/19/2026 3:00 PM PT Name of Grant or Contract Request for Proposals: 25-194 OWI WTDB CIC Assessment 2026 OregonBuys number S-52500-00016064 Due date 3/19/2026 Summary of Work The WTDB’s CIC, acting by and through HECC’s Office of Workforce Investments, is seeking a firm to conduct a biennial comprehensive assessment of the WSO system as outlined in Senate Bill 623, 2021.
As described in the Bill, the “comprehensive assessment shall include a review of the workforce programs and services administered by the following entities through the public workforce system. ” The entities are those Oregon agencies and organizations who are identified in WIOA as partners in the One-Stop Delivery System (WIOA, Section 121): a. Higher Education Coordinating Commission; b.
Local workforce development boards; c. Employment Department; d. Commission for the Blind; e.
Department of Human Services, including Oregon Department of Self Sufficiency and Vocational Rehabilitation Program; f. Housing and Community Services Department; and g. Other entities deemed appropriate by the CIC.
The comprehensive assessment shall include a review of the workforce programs and services administered by the following entities through the public workforce system: a. The Higher Education Coordinating Commission; b. Local workforce development boards; c.
