PDT The Department of Commerce is soliciting applications from qualified applicants for funding of units to be set aside for clients referred by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, under the HUD Section 811 Project Rental Assistance (PRA) program Eligible projects are owned by non-profit, private, tribal or public entities, including Federally Recognized Tribal Governments.
Projects must have utilized the Washington State Housing Trust Fund, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME funding or similar local, state or federal public capital fund source. 811 PRA units provide non-time-limited tenancy for non-elderly persons with disabling conditions. Pre-application Conferences These conferences will be virtual only on Microsoft Teams.
All prospective Applicants are encouraged attend; however, attendance is not mandatory. If you miss the conference live you can access the recording with the ‘Join the Applicant Conference’ link after the conference date. Applicant Conference – July 15, at 10:00 a.
