Environmental Research & Education Foundation Scholarship Program Environmental Research & Education Foundation The Environmental Research & Education Foundation (EREF) awards scholarships to students pursuing a master's or doctoral degree in solid waste management, which includes municipal solid waste, construction and demolition waste, industrial waste (e.g., coal ash), and WTE ash.
