Resident Opportunity & Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) Program | Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority Walk-Ins are welcome on Tuesdays and Thursdays. ARHA is open by appointment only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We welcome Walk-Ins and Appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
To make an appointment, please call: 703-549-7115. Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority Resident Opportunity & Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) Program The ROSS Program is designed to assist public housing residents make progress towards economic independence and stability or self-sufficiency.
Individuals register to work with a Service Coordinator who evaluates the needs of each family then creates an individualized plan to connect the family to necessary services. Areas of focus include adult basic education/literacy classes, GED programs, job training skills, financial literacy, childcare services, and health care coordination.
