Housing Rehabilitation Program | City of Lexington, Kentucky Housing Advocacy and Community Development Grants and Special Programs Housing Rehabilitation Program Housing Rehabilitation Program This program provides up to $50,000 in financial assistance to low to moderate-income owner-occupied homeowners in Lexington-Fayette County to eliminate substandard housing conditions.
This program enables homeowners to correct life, safety and other code violations.
