This page is for reference and administration of funding. This grant, funded by a $7 million appropriation from the General Fund, aims to provide Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) the financial resources necessary to implement restorative practices effectively.
The funding is intended to help LEAs adopt and integrate restorative approaches that align with the California Department of Education's (CDE) guidelines, strengthening efforts to reduce disciplinary actions, enhance student engagement, and improve school climate.
