Investing in historically redlined neighborhoods helps families build equity and revitalize our city. REVERT is more than funding; it’s a comprehensive effort to repair the legacy of redlining. The program helps families turn vacant or undervalued properties into safe, energy-efficient, and vibrant homes while revitalizing neighborhoods.

I was able to update my flooring, water heater, and HVAC system. Being a first time homebuyer does get frustrating, but stay with it, because at the end it is worth it. I recommend the REVERT program to everybody; it’s an awesome program.
I was scared, but I finished it and I think you should finish it too! The REVERT program helped me become a homeowner. REVERT provided the funds to complete the renovations, so I could make it as close to my dream home as possible.
