Revive – Home Repair Grant Are you a bank, credit union, insurance company or community development financial institution who is a member of FHLBank Indianapolis? Learn about our home repair grant program here. Revive – Home Repair Grant is an annual program that allows our member financial institutions to support existing homeowners with assistance for qualified deferred maintenance repairs and accessibility upgrades.
Revive can help homeowners afford certain costly repairs and accessibility upgrades, allowing them to retain home value and age in place. Please note: FHLBank Indianapolis does not work directly with households. Homeownership Initiatives .

Revive is offered to homeowners through participating financial institutions that are members of FHLBank Indianapolis. You must work with a participating financial institution to apply for Revive funds. Basic eligibility requirements are listed below.
To learn more, reach out to a participating member financial institution: Have total household income at or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI) based on household size Own your primary residence Be paid as agreed on any existing mortgage or property tax obligation.
