Funding Details: Revolving Funds for Financing Water and Wastewater Projects - Rural Health Information Hub Revolving Funds for Financing Water and Wastewater Projects Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance Number: U.S. Department of Agriculture, USDA Rural Utilities Service USDA Rural Development State Offices This program provides grants to help nonprofit organizations establish revolving loan funds that will finance water and wastewater disposal projects in rural The loans will be made to eligible entities to finance pre-development costs of water and wastewater projects or short-term small capital improvement projects not part of the regular operations and maintenance of current water Eligible applicants have: The legal capacity and authority to operate a Financial, technical, and managerial capacity to comply with relevant state and federal laws and Rural areas with populations of 10,000 or less Tribal lands in rural areas Nationwide and U.S. territories Estimated number of awards: 4 Estimated total program funding: The maximum loan per borrower is $200,000, with a loan term of up to 10 years.
