Washington State Department of Health Office of Infectious Disease is seeking applications from organizations interested in providing disease prevention and linkage services centering HIV, STI, viral hepatitis, and drug user health to individuals and communities in Washington state. Eligible Program Activities This RFA funds Syndemic Approaches to Infectious Disease & Linkage Services.
You may apply for one, many, or all of the following service categories : Community-based integrated infectious disease testing and linkage to services in high-impact settings. Syndemic service navigation. PrEP housing & supportive services for BIPOC gay and bisexual men and other men who have sex with men and their sexual networks (pilot program).
Syringe service programs: Harm reduction care navigation, and Mail-order naloxone project. Mail-order condom project Innovative syndemic community engagement and community-driven capacity building projects. Read the entire RFA.
Make sure you meet the minimum qualifications to apply (found on page 7). Compile and submit your questions (due no later than 5:00 p. m.
on April 18, 2023). Review and select the service category (ies) you will apply for. Make sure you can meet the requirements of the service category.
Submit a separate application for each service category For each application, download, complete, attach, and email: Application packet for the service category you are applying for.
