RI REALTORS® Homebuyer Grant | RIHousing RI REALTORS® Homebuyer Grant Opening Doors to Homeownership The REALTOR® Foundation: Rhode Island and RIHousing understand the importance of homeownership in supporting families, communities, and our economy.
That’s why this year we’ve partnered to offer up to 50 grants to help with down payment and closing cost assistance for eligible homebuyers, opening the door to homeownership for more Rhode Islanders. $1,000 for eligible first-time homebuyers $2,000 for eligible first-time homebuyers who are also veterans or active military personnel . First-time homebuyers with qualifying income limits under $92,080*.

The Homeless Youth Program is a grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services that funds services for homeless and at-risk youth across Illinois.
