The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office provides limited grant funding to non-profit community agencies to support programs providing assistance to victims of a criminal offense listed in A. R.
S. 13-2301(D)(4), substance abuse prevention and education and/or gang prevention efforts. The MCAO funds these community programs using RICO funds received by our Asset Recovery Bureau .
Organizations seeking funding from the MCAO must fully complete the RICO Community Grant Application provided on this page and provide a copy of their most recent Form 990. The deadline for submission is included in the application. The Community Grant Committee reviews all applications and makes funding recommendations to the County Attorney.
Priority is given to non-profit agencies or programs who serve the citizens of Maricopa County. Organizations receiving community grant funding must enter into a memorandum of understanding and comply with all grant reporting requirements contained in the MOU.
