Rising Together Grants: Connected Community | Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne Rising Together Grants: Connected Community The Rising Together Grants are the signature grantmaking program of the “Let’s Rise! ” Vision Plan. These general operating grants of up to $50,000 align with the vision plan’s five pillars and are funded through the Paul Clarke Endowment and the Community Impact Fund.
The first application of the year is available under the Connected Community Pillar and is open to organizations that support equity, access, civic engagement, pride in place, connectivity, and create a sense of belonging. Sixteen organizations received grants totaling $233,000. Learn more !

Vincent de Paul Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana HealthVisions Midwest of Fort Wayne Inter City Hope Corporation, dba Miss Virginia’s Food (Pantry) RSVP of Allen County Inc. Thirteen Step House, Inc. Volunteer Lawyer Program of Northeast Indiana, Inc.
