LeRoy Gishi, Chief, Division of Transportation The Division of Transportation provides management and oversight of the road maintenance and road construction programs for the Bureau of Indian Affairs in Indian Country.
Transportation-related program activities are provided directly and through contracts, grants, compacts and other appropriate agreements to American Indian and Alaska Natives including: Operation and Maintenance of Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) roads; Tribal Transportation Program (TTP); and Programs administered through the Federal Highway Administration that are specifically related to TTPs.
