RTW Foundation Grant Program is sponsored by RTW Charitable Foundation. RTW Foundation aims to fund proposals co-developed by rare disease foundations and Rare Disease Advisors that meaningfully accelerate research in a rare disease.

The RTW Charitable Foundation Accelerator, administered by Columbia Technology Ventures, is a strategic research alliance between the RTW Charitable Foundation and select New York-based academic institutions, to accelerate translational research in the field of rare diseases with particular interest in ultra-rare and underfunded rare diseases.

The RTW Charitable Foundation Accelerator is accepting pre-proposals for projects aimed towards developing treatments or technologies to improve patient lives in the areas of rare CNS, cardiovascular, and immunological diseases (non-oncology). Full Proposal submission deadline is 11:59PM Wednesday, March 16th.

RTWCF is proud to support pioneers who are breaking new ground in the fight against diseases that may not represent compelling commercial opportunities but do result in significant human suffering. The Foundation can provide capital, collaborative leadership, and scientific expertise to help scientists push such projects forward.
