Rural Economic Action Program (REAP) (Oklahoma) is sponsored by INCOG (administering for Oklahoma State Legislature). The REAP grant program is a state program administered by INCOG (Indian Nations Council of Governments) to enhance the economic viability and development of rural communities in its service area.
