Rural Economic Development Loan & Grant Programs (REDLG) is sponsored by U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Utilities Service. Provides funding for rural projects through local utility organizations. USDA provides zero-interest loans to local utilities, which they pass through to local businesses for projects that create and retain employment in rural areas.
