The Medica Foundation Rural Health Program offers funding for projects that address community-led health needs of rural communities of Minnesota.
Mental health and chemical health Domestic violence and sexual assault services and Maternal and birth health Primary care and sexual health for underserved Services that support the health of seniors in order to remain independent in their homes Priority is given to free clinics and Federally Qualified Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, public/governmental agencies, and tribal nations located in and providing services in rural Applicants must be located outside of the 7-county Twin Cities metropolitan area.
