The Purpose Built Model is driven by the voices and vision of neighborhood residents, and its implementation is led by local Community Quarterback Organizations. Purpose Built Communities supports more than 60 Community Quarterback Organizations nationwide — half of which have achieved Network Members status. neighbors on a pathway to holistic neighborhood transformation.

The Mission of Cherry Hill Strong is to work alongside the residents of Cherry Hill to align partners and resources, set and implement strategy to strengthen education, community wellness, housing, economic vitality and overall quality of life based on the community’s vision. We are a cross-sector group of leaders that represent the Eastside, the business community, nonprofits, and philanthropic partners.

We are committed to working hand-in-hand with neighborhood leaders. Our mission is to develop and implement creative community-based strategies to enhance economic opportunity, build healthy sustainable neighborhoods, and improve early childhood education in the Mill District. Our vision is for residents to have access to high quality education, quality affordable housing, and economic opportunity.

We are resident-centered with a focus on growing a sense of community. Forest Forward partners with the community to drive equitable development, economic mobility, and improve outcomes for children, residents, and families of the South Dallas community. We believe that neighborhoods are not just the places where we live; neighborhoods are where we find and build community and future prosperity.

Our mission is to generate holistic and effective revitalization in South Omaha neighborhoods through strategic partnerships and community-driven initiatives. Working alongside local residents and leaders, the South City Foundation’s goal is to honor South City’s history while securing its future.

Winston-Salem, North Carolina The mission of the Boston-Thurmond Community Network is to facilitate and support the vision of Boston-Thurmond residents for a strong and economically viable neighborhood that is fully integrated into the broader Winston-Salem community.

RISE Coleman Park is working to restore forgotten neighborhoods in West Palm Beach, by helping to establish: cradle to career educational opportunities; local availability of affordable health and wellness options and; increased access to resources for home improvement, homeownership, and rental affordability.

We are working alongside our community and transforming Wilmington’s Riverside Neighborhood into a healthy, vibrant place to live and thrive. Amplify GR connects, creates and amplifies the great things already happening. We work exclusively through partnership to identify and achieve shared goals that widen pathways to success for the neighbors in Boston Square, Cottage Grove and surrounding neighborhoods.

Grove Park Foundation is dedicated to revitalizing the Grove Park neighborhood and improving the quality of life by working with local partners, leaders and residents to create a healthy, equitable and vibrant community.

Southeast Raleigh Promise Southeast Raleigh Promise serves alongside our neighbors, strategic partners, and funders to ensure that Southeast Raleigh residents have access to equitable opportunities to grow, thrive, and prosper.

Working alongside community members in Tulsa, we create the conditions that we all want for our own kids: great schools; quality, affordable housing; safe and amenity-rich public spaces; economic development; and community vibrancy. We strengthen The Communities of West Lakes by investing in the people who call the neighborhoods home. We invest in the places where they live, learn, work, and grow.

And we invest in the partnerships that help the whole community prosper. Renaissance Heights Foundation Through our strategic partnerships and collaborative efforts, we are paving the way for a brighter future in Southeast Fort Worth. From revitalizing neighborhoods to providing essential resources and programs, we are dedicated to empowering residents and fostering sustainable growth.

PACT’s vision is to create a healthy, financially and environmentally sustainable community where residents have access to safe and affordable housing, quality healthcare and education, and employment opportunities on the Near East Side of Columbus, Ohio. My Connect Community is more than just a partnership of service providers.

We see our purpose as connecting people, building real authentic community, and empowering people to work together in the Gulfton/Sharpstown neighborhoods. Renaissance West Community Initiative Charlotte, North Carolina RWCI’s vision is to end intergenerational poverty in West Charlotte through a holistic community revitalization effort.

We do this by promoting a collaborative community centered on quality housing, education, health, wellness, and opportunity. Our vision is to grow a safe and healthy community where children learn and play, families live in quality housing, parents work in stable jobs, businesses thrive, and everyone contributes to the growth of Greater Birmingham.

Northside Development Group Spartanburg, South Carolina We serve to encourage and manage the redevelopment of the City of Spartanburg’s Northside community, honoring its past and expanding the opportunities for a mix of affordable and market rate housing, economic, educational, recreational, health, and social opportunities for its residents.

The mission for South Rome is to achieve redevelopment through home ownership, affordable housing choices, educational opportunities, active community involvement, leadership, and appropriate economic development. Seventy Five North Revitalization Corp. Our mission is to facilitate the revitalization of a healthy, sustainable, mixed-income community in the Highlander neighborhood.

We work to break the cycle of poverty and community deterioration by partnering to create high-quality housing, thriving schools, recreational facilities and other neighborhood enrichment amenities.

Bayou District Foundation The mission of the Bayou District Foundation is to implement and maintain an innovative community redevelopment model that enables children and families to live productive, healthy and fulfilling lives in a thriving community. The East Lake Foundation collaborates with The Villages of East Lake residents, Charles R.

Drew Charter School families, and other key service providers to ensure every member of our community has equitable access to the resources, tools and supports needed to thrive.
