NRHA Center for Rural Health Innovation | National Rural Health Association - NRHA - NRHA Rural Health Transformation Program Rural Health Transformation Program The Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) is unprecedented federal investment in rural health to strengthen sustainable access to care and improve health outcomes.
The RHTP directs $50 billion toward promoting rural health innovation, strategic partnerships, infrastructure development, and workforce investment. States will help rural communities meet these strategic goals related to prevention, access, workforce, technology, and care innovation.
