The Rural Provider Access and Affordability Stimulus Grant Program is administered by the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) with the advice and recommendation of the Rural Provider Access and Affordability Stimulus Advisory Committee. ## Subrecipient Resources HCPF uses the hospital's established vendor accounts through the Colorado Healthcare Affordability and Sustainability Enterprise (CHASE).
