Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A/MAI Funding FY 23-25 Request for Proposals Funding Period: March 1, 2023 - February 28, 2026 | United Way of Long Island Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A/MAI Funding FY 23-25 Request for Proposals Funding Period: March 1, 2023 - February 28, 2026 The Nassau-Suffolk EMA receives funding from the U. S.
Public Health Service, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to implement provisions of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (Ryan White Part A and Minority AIDS Initiative) and is seeking Letters of Intent to submit proposals.
Funding in the amount of up to $5,046,713 may be available for new and/or continuation programs for the priority areas of: OTHER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (LEGAL) Eligible organizations include not-for-profit 501(c)(3) community based organizations or not-for-profit public agencies with experience in the provision of either medical care and treatment or supportive services to persons living with HIV/AIDS in the Nassau and Suffolk counties.
Faith based agencies, minority-operated community-based organizations, and community groups with a focus on racial/ethnic minority populations are strongly encouraged to apply. If applicable, applicants must be licensed to provide the services for which they are requesting funding. A Letter of Intent is required in order to apply.
The Letter of Intent Form is linked below and must be submitted by November 21, 2022 by 5pm . The Request for Proposal (RFP) and all associated forms are also linked below. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing to the e-mail listed below by 5:00pm on November 16, 2022.
Proposals are due to the United Way of Long Island no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, January 13, 2023 . Please note that proposals must be submitted by email. Hand delivered proposals will not be accepted.
