Housing and HIV Services | Nortex Regional Planning Commission Housing and HIV Services – Nortex Regional Planning Commission Nortex Regional Planning Commission is the grantee for the Permanent Supported Housing Program (PSH). The purpose of the program is to provide permanent, safe housing to chronically homeless, disabled individuals and families. Services within this program include case management and transportation assistance.

CoC Rating & Ranking Tool – Pending The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (Ryan White) is the largest federal program designed specifically for people with HIV in the United States, serving over half of those in the country diagnosed with HIV.
First Enacted in 1990, Ryan White has played an increasingly significant role as the number of people living with HIV has grown over time and people with HIV are living longer. It provides outpatient care and support services to individuals and families affected by the disease. Nortex provides Ryan White/State Services for HIV positive residents of Texas as well as HOPWA (Housing Assistance for Persons with Aids).
Services may include oral health services, drug assistance, transportation assistance, food pantry, drug and alcohol counseling, mental health treatment and health insurance co-pay assistance.
