From signage to renovations, this program fosters local pride, economic development, and beautification across the area.
Must be located in the Eastside Promise Zone or surrounding eligible areas Be a for-profit small business or property owner Demonstrate financial need or plans for storefront improvement Demonstrate financial need or plans for storefront improvement Submit the online application Provide photos & documentation of proposed improvements Review and approval by SAGE staff Grant disbursement and project implementation Final report and photo documentation Up to $10,000 in grant funding Covers exterior renovations, façade upgrades, signage, lighting, & more Funds may be used in combination with other local business incentives East Side Businesses Reborn East Side entrepreneurs use the storefront grant to breathe new life into spaces that have been overlooked for years.
