Regione Autonoma della Sardegna - Misure anti spopolamento Il fenomeno dello spopolamento è particolarmente accentuato in Sardegna, soprattutto nelle aree interne. Per questo la Regione, a partire della legge di stabilità 2022, ha disposto una serie di misure di contrasto al fenomeno stanziando oltre 360 milioni di euro per il periodo 2022-2025 destinati ai comuni con popolazione inferiore ai 3000 abitanti.
Le misure prevedono un sostegno ai nuclei familiari che risiedono o si trasferiscono nei comuni oggetto del provvedimento per ogni figlio nato o adottato, contributi a fondo perduto per l'acquisto o ristrutturazione di prime case e per l'apertura di attività o trasferimento d'azienda nelle aree interessate. Un’ulteriore agevolazione prevista è il credito d'imposta a favore delle imprese dei territori.
Tra gli obiettivi, incentivare i residenti a non abbandonare il territorio e rilanciare economia e consumi attraverso un approccio che coniuga interventi di tipo infrastrutturale con interventi a sostegno dei servizi sociali e alla persona, nonché azioni ad hoc finalizzate ad incrementare le opportunità lavorative, anche attraverso la creazione di nuova impresa.
