Municipal governments, First Nation communities, and northern settlements are eligible to receive funding and distribute to local non-profit groups. Organizations that are for-profit businesses, individuals, health districts, libraries, private schools, government agencies, educational institutions, universities, preschools, and daycares are not eligible to apply.
