Sault Tribe Youth Development Fund is a program from the Sault Tribe of Chippewa Indians that provides funding to eligible tribal youth in grades K-12 to participate in a wide range of youth development activities.
Funding supports camps, class and cultural trips, instrument purchases and rentals, and other enrichment opportunities guided by the four directions of the medicine wheel: academic/intellectual, emotional, physical, and cultural/spiritual development. Up to $250 per calendar year is available per eligible youth. To qualify, applicants must be tribal youth residing within the 7-county service area who meet income guidelines.
