The SBIR Advance award has been critical in the development of our company. The award has allowed us to conduct extensive market research, pursue intellectual property protection, and create a minimum viable product for soliciting feedback from potential customers– all of which have allowed us to take the next steps to bring our product to market.
This program is essential for technologies, such as ours, that require a long time to market and extensive research & development and marketing work. It is only because of this program that we have been able to move through the different stages of commercialization up to the point where we are now. We cannot recommend this program highly enough.
