SBIR/STTR Matching Grant Program - Puerto Rico Science, Technology & Research Trust SBIR/STTR Matching Grant Program The SBIR/STTR Matching Funds Program provides 1-to-1 matching funds for Phase I & II SBIR/STTR proposals to promote and increase commercialization of research SBIR/STTR Matching Grant Program The Trust offers the scientific and hi-tech entrepreneurship community in Puerto Rico its SBIR/STTR Matching Grant Program to incentivize local technology oriented small business firms and researchers to compete for SBIR/STTR grant awards.
Firms receiving a federal SBIR/STTR Phase I award will receive a dollar-to-dollar matching grant from the Trust, up to $100,000 and up to $200,000 for Phase II.
