Process | Scharbauer Foundation Fall 2026 Pre-application window: July 30 - August 13, 2026 Pre-applications must be received by the Foundation by 5 p. m. on the day of the deadline.
Before you apply, make sure your organization is eligible and your project aligns with Scharbauer Foundation’s focus areas, geographic scope, and other guidelines. Qualified organizations may submit a Pre-application through the online portal. Pre-applications submitted after the deadline, or outside of the grant cycle, will not be considered.
Invited Application Process Following a review of Pre-applications in each grant cycle, selected organizations will be invited to submit a full grant application. Deadlines and other details will be communicated to each organization in an email from the Foundation. Grant Agreements & Reporting If your grant is approved, Scharbauer Foundation will send you a grant agreement with terms and conditions for payment.
Grant reports must be completed through the online portal by the assigned deadline. Pre-application Deadlines January 8 - January 22, 2026 July 30 - August 13, 2026 Pre-applications must be received by the Foundation by 5 p. m.
