SACT Grant - SCRA: South Carolina Research Authority SCRA-Academic Collaboration Team Grant SCRA’s FY24 SACT Grant Program champions the vital role of all institutions of higher education in creating a sustainable framework for and accelerating the pace of translational or use-inspired research, technology development, and commercialization.
To achieve these goals, we have created two solicitations with separate eligibility requirements. View the 2024 SACT Grant Awardees Interim Progress Report Outline Only Clemson University, University of South Carolina, and Medical University of South Carolina are eligible Lead Applicants. Proposals should seek to accelerate the path to market of university-owned technology.
Outcomes should generate tangible solutions having the potential to create lasting economic and societal benefits. Track 2: Capacity Building All other public IHEs (not included in the Lab to Market Track) are eligible Lead Applicants. Proposals should seek to build capacity for fundamental outcomes in translational/use-inspired research, technology development, and commercialization at their institutions.
