Second Chance Scholarship Foundation believes all youths have potential and if given an opportunity to succeed academically can become educated, responsible, and contributing members of society recognizes youths in the criminal justice system more often come from homes where poverty and/or negative influences are their biggest hurdles to realizing and achieving a further education.
Are committed to providing scholarships to youths who have been in conflict with the law or at risk for such. These scholarships will provide necessary assistance in completing a post-secondary education or trade. ALL THEY NEED IS A SECOND CHANCE Invest in the future of our youth.
