Programs awarded Seed Grants facilitate and enhance the direct provision of health care to the unsheltered homeless where they live by receiving expert training, guidance, and financial support to develop and grow their own Street Medicine programs. Applications for the 2026 Seed Grant are now closed. Finalists will be notified in March.
