Our Duty is Clear. Semper Fi & America’s Fund cares for our Nation’s critically wounded, ill, and injured service members, veterans, and military families. Supporting all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, we provide one-on-one case management, connection, and lifetime support.

Our Model of Lifetime Care. Our unique model tailors care to each individual. A dedicated team led by a case manager guides the assistance needed.

Our support is rooted in lived experience. Eighty-five percent of our staff are veterans or military spouses, giving us a firsthand understanding of military life and sacrifice. Service Member & Family Support Program We provide direct financial assistance and vital programming ranging from bedside support during hospitalization to covering basic needs.

As recovery continues, we arrange for specialized equipment and adaptive modifications to homes and vehicles.
