The Manufactured Housing Rehabilitation (MHR) Program offers grants of up to $50,000 to income-qualified manufactured / mobile homeowners in the County of Riverside (County). These funds are designed to assist with rehabilitating homes to eliminate code violations, substandard conditions, and health and safety issues. In certain cases, the program may also cover the replacement costs of a manufactured / mobile home.
### **Prioritization of Awards:** 1. Applicant has received a notice of violation from the enforcement agency. 2.
Applicant has obtained an inspection report from a licensed contractor, licensed engineer or licensed architect. 3. All other applicants that are eligible for assistance under the MHR Program.
Fine print: *Funds are limited. No application will be accepted once funds are fully expended. * Manufactured / mobile home properties must be owner-occupied.
* Residences must be located within the County. * Total household income may not exceed 80% of the area median by household size.
