Senior Home Rehabilitation Program Senior Home Rehabilitation Program The Senior Homeowner Rehabilitation Program will provide repair and rehabilitation assistance to owner-occupied, low- and moderate-income households in the City of South Fulton to correct code violations, address health and safety issues, eliminate unsafe and substandard living conditions, and address accessibility.
The program will provide non-luxury general property improvements that improve living conditions and the structure of the home. The program is funded through the Community Development Block Grant and administered by the City of South Fulton. Assistance will be provided in the form of a grant.
The maximum assistance award is $25,000.
