The SFFC Foundation’s vision is to help trusted partners’ philanthropic dreams come true. Our mission is to create opportunities for service and mentorship through our trusted partners. We do that primarily through the Partnering for Eternity Program, Nourish Grants for individuals/families, and Dream Grants that support projects started by our partners.
If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more Nourish Grants are awarded through our pre-approved trusted nonprofit partners and support individuals and families in need of one-time emergency financial assistance. Dream Grants are by invitation only and support projects in line with our mission initiated by pre-approved trusted partners.
The Partnering for Eternity (PFE) Scholarship Program connects students and mentors to create intergenerational relationships and experience the blessing of service.
