Sharing Hearts Fund for Pediatric Wellness is sponsored by Liberty HealthShare. Provides financial support for Stark County families in need of routine pediatric medical care, including physical exams, dental exams, vision exams, and hearing tests.

Sharing Hearts | Liberty HealthShare Best for Young Adults/Students/Households Without Children Health sharing for those 35 or younger with up to $300,000 in medical bill sharing for unexpected eligible medical expenses. Starting at $89/month. Designed for young adults (18-29 years old) and childless couples.

A budget-friendly program that meets college healthcare requirements. Best for Singles, Couples, and Families Shares up to $600,000 per incident for eligible medical expenses after AUA, with a 20% member Co-Share. Shares up to $1,000,000 per incident for eligible medical expenses after AUA, with a 10% member Co-Share.

Shares up to $1,000,000 per incident for eligible medical expenses after AUA. No Co-Share. For Members with Medicare A sharing program for members 65+ with Medicare Parts A and B.

This program shares 20% of eligible medical expenses. For Current Liberty HealthShare Members Liberty Dental is for existing Liberty HealthShare members, and shares up to $2,000 in eligible dental expenses per membership year. Liberty Vision is for existing Liberty HealthShare members, with eye exams, contact lenses, frames, and lenses eligible for sharing.

Work with your own provider or choose from a list of providers who have joined our efforts. Liberty HealthShare seeks to be a force for good in our home community of Stark County, Ohio. Sharing Hearts funding will provide support for families seeking to provide their children with important wellness procedures, but who have had to forego these important wellness procedures due to costs.

The application period for 2026 funding is now closed. Families seeking funding for children under 18 will go through an application process during which they will identify their desired procedure and demonstrate their financial need. An Application Review Committee comprised of Stark County residents and leaders in fields working toward the well-being of Stark children will review the applications.

org or call 330-942-0268. What kind of medical services can be funded? Our focus is pediatric wellness, so examples would be a physical exam, vision exam and glasses, hearing tests, and dental exams and cleanings.

These are all important procedures and can have a lasting impact on the lives of children. Is there a maximum that will be awarded for any individual request? It is our hope and goal to help as many young people under 18 as possible.

The following limits apply: Physical exams up to $400, dental exams and cleaning up to $400, vision exams and eyeglasses up to $500, and hearing tests up to $300. Applicants are encouraged to apply for the procedure(s) for which there is the greatest need. What are the requirements for the application?

The ten-minute application goes over basic contact information, available assistance, and details of the requested procedure. During the application, you will be required to provide the procedure or service, estimated cost, and provider information. Please confirm this information with your provider prior to submitting your application.

I am employed, am I eligible to receive funding? Yes! In your application, you have an opportunity to explain why this funding is necessary, regardless of employment.

Can I apply for funding to help my grandchildren? Yes, you are encouraged to apply for any young person under 18 in need of these procedures related to pediatric wellness. I don't know what to put for the Provider information or cost estimate.

That's okay! You can always put down your regular providers information and call their office to get a cost estimate. Or you can choose from the list of providers listed here on our website.

org or 330-942-0268 I am a member of another health sharing organization, am I eligible to receive funding? Yes, the Sharing Hearts Fund is separate and distinct from Liberty HealthShare customary operations. We base decisions on financial need, not on membership.

Who will make the decisions about who is awarded funding? We have established an Application Review Committee made up of community leaders and Liberty HealthShare personnel. Our goal is to help as many people as possible with the available funding.

When will the disbursements take place? The applications for 2026 are closed. Disbursements for 2026 are anticipated to take place in June 2026.
