Timothy D. Mayer Charitable Foundation Co-op for Social Good Work Term is a grant from the University of Waterloo that funds experiential learning opportunities for full-time undergraduate students in the PharmD program pursuing co-op or clinical placements in northern, remote, or rural locations working with Indigenous communities. The Mayer Foundation Experiential Award provides up to $2,000 per recipient and is limited to students enrolled in Year Two, Three, or Four of the PharmD program in the School of Pharmacy. Applicants must submit a two-page letter describing their goals, plans for community immersion, and how the funds would support their placement.
