Building Organizational Leadership Development (BOLD) Program SNC’s Building Organizational Leadership Development (BOLD) program is a leadership accelerator program for early career engineers. A small, select group of high-potential engineers are identified annually and are provided extensive leadership training, on the job practical experience, and opportunities to network with our executive leadership teams.
