Silver Palm Place is located at 838 Adams Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33407. Silver Palm Place is a family housing development with, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Individuals and families whose head of household is 18 years of age and older and meet the program eligibility requirements may apply.
The WPBHA will begin accepting applications online beginning on July 1, 2026 at 8:00 am. The list will be closed for applications on July 31, 2026. Applications will be accepted online @ www.
wpbha. org. No paper applications will be available.
This process is limited to an online process only. Please access this website and complete your application on any computer with internet access. To qualify for project-based voucher assistance for the Silver Palm Place Apartments, the following criteria must be met: Head of Household must be 18 years of age or older.
Must meet all Program Requirements Must meet the HUD approved income limits If your family household income falls within the income limits provided below, you may qualify to receive a voucher to assist with your rent. Applications will be accepted online only through the WPBHA's website at: www. wpbha.
org No paper applications will be available, and applicants should not visit the property or the WPBHA offices to apply. Beginning May 26, 2026, at 8:00 am, applicants may apply by selecting the "APPLY NOW" link on the WPBHA's website at www. wpbha.
org. FY 2026 Income Limits Summary Palm Beach County, Florida Families will be placed on this Waiting List based on the date and time of their application. Selections from the Waiting List will be made based on unit availability and the date and time of application.
