The SFRR Program is a home rehabilitation and emergency repair program offered to income-eligible homeowners, who reside in the City of Valdosta. Assistance in this program will be offered in the form of an interest-free, deferred loan program, which will require a clear property title and a property lien.

Complete applications can be submitted: In Person (paper application): At 300 North Lee Street, Second Floor, Room 206 (Applications will also be available online at the City of Valdosta’s website: valdostacity. com on January 5, 2026, at 8:00 am) The application period will be open from Monday, January 5, 2026 at 12:01 a. m.

through Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 11:59 p. m. THERE IS NO WAITLIST FOR THIS PROGRAM.
