Priority will be given to projects that can be completed within 18 months. The Site Readiness Program offers flexible funding to support cities, towns and developers in tackling site-specific challenges and advancing local development goals.

The Homeless Youth Program is a grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services that funds services for homeless and at-risk youth across Illinois.
