Skill Advance Colorado Grant Program | Colorado Community College System Transforming Colorado’s workforce through customized training, the Skill Advance Colorado program offers State funding to Colorado businesses for grants to strengthen competitiveness, foster talent, and improve employment opportunities. Applications are anticipated to open in Fall 2026.
