Foundation funding supports accredited pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs, scholarships for high school seniors pursuing skilled trades careers, and youth initiatives that foster career exploration and technical readiness. These efforts reinforce the essential connection between STEM education and the modern trades workforce, creating sustainable pathways to prosperity.
In addition to its primary focus, the Foundation provides community grants to nonprofit organizations that serve women, children, and vulnerable populations. Supporting organizations that provide education, training, and workforce development in the skilled trades — including construction, manufacturing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, automotive, and STEM-based programs.
Empowering High School seniors pursuing hands-on careers in the trades through an annual $2,500 scholarship that helps students take their next step toward a meaningful, skilled profession.
