SF Thrives Grant - now closed Offering up to $10,000 in reimbursement grants for eligible operational expenses, the program supports small businesses in low- to moderate-income neighborhoods experiencing a slower post-pandemic rebound —helping them stabilize, reinvest, and thrive as part of San Francisco’s broader economic recovery.
