Services include grant qualifications, audit support, application completion, and ongoing assistance. featured_training_stripe. php --> Reducing Industrial Sector Emissions in Pennsylvania (RISE PA) is a $396 million statewide industrial decarbonization grant program funded through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Climate Pollution Reduction Grants.
The purpose of this program is to offer grants for small-, medium-, and large-scale decarbonization projects at industrial facilities to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) and co-pollutant emissions by promoting investment into emissions reduction equipment and technology and energy efficiency upgrades. All projects will fall within the following Award Tracks: Small-scale, Medium-scale, and Large-scale.
The Small-scale Award Track (SAT) will be administered by the PennTAP and will only be available to Small- or Medium-sized Manufacturers (SMMs). Base grants cover 50% of the total project costs, up to max $500K. Round 4 is open for applications through August 17, 2026.

SBAG provides grant awards determined by project eligibility, project location, and environmental impact. Learn more. Pennsylvania-based businesses with 100 or fewer full-time employees are eligible.
Applicants must be for-profit entities, located in Pennsylvania, and registered with the Pennsylvania Department of State. Eligible applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis. The proposed energy efficiency and/or pollution prevention project must save the small business applicant an annual minimum of $500.

Agricultural producers who earn at least 50% of their gross income from farming operations, as well as small businesses located in eligible rural areas, are eligible. Both agricultural producers and small businesses must not have any outstanding delinquent federal taxes, debt, judgments, or debarments. Energy efficiency projects require an energy audit or assessment completed by an independent third-party.

The final rebate amount is determined for each project individually but generally ranges from $0. 025/kWh to $0. 05/kWh of energy saved.

Parkland Acquisitions and Renovations for Communities (PARC) Grant Program is a grant from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs that funds the acquisition and development of public parkland and outdoor recreational facilities.
